Synopsis

"Las Luchadoras Contra La Momia" (The Wrestling Women vs. the Aztec Mummy) is a 1964 Mexican lucha libre horror film directed by René Cardona.


 The film features a team of female wrestlers, led by the brave and skilled Gloria Venus and her partner, the aptly named Golden Rubi. These formidable women find themselves pitted against an ancient Aztec mummy, Tezomoc, who has been resurrected by an evil scientist intent on exploiting the mummy's power for his nefarious plans.


As Tezomoc begins a reign of terror, Gloria and Golden Rubi use their wrestling skills and quick wits to confront the monstrous mummy and thwart the scientist's schemes. The film is known for its thrilling blend of action, adventure, and horror, showcasing the unique appeal of the lucha libre genre.
